Our Story
We are a family owned bespoke home building and renovation based on Yorkshire. Our projects range from turnkey custom home builds, social housing projects and renovations. Whether you have existing plans or help bringing your ideas to life we can support your project from start to completion
David Brown, our founder has almost 60 years house building experience. After commencing a joinery apprenticeship with his father in 1963 he has worked across the trade as a master carpenter before naturally progressing into all areas of house building. He is remains involved in the business as an advisor to his son Ashley who continues the family business. Examples of David’s disciplined adherence to traditional values run through every project at Everlong Developments.

Bespoke new build properties lie at the core of our expertise, although we work on several social housing schemes. The same level of attention to detail runs through every project to ensure our customers enjoy their dream home that will stand the test of time for generations to come.
Land wanted for development
At Everlong Developments we are always looking for new development projects.
If you have a land available we would be interested in speaking with you, even if you are unsure of its development potential.
